Chanukah, the Festival of Lights, celebrates the rededication of the Temple with eight nights of candle lighting, foods fried in oil - latkes and sufganiyot - and family gatherings.
Silan marks each night with menorah lighting in the restaurant and seasonal specials from the kitchen. It is also peak season for private Chanukah parties: corporate dinners, family celebrations and community events in our private rooms or the main hall.
