These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of silanmiami.com (the “Website”), operated in connection with Silan Fusion Cuisine (“Silan,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, submitting a form, or using Website features, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Website.

1. Website Use

The Website provides information about Silan Fusion Cuisine, including menus, dining experiences, reservations, private events, catering, holiday programs, and related services.

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Website;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or information;
• Use automated systems to scrape, copy, or extract Website content without authorization;

3. Reservations

Restaurant reservations are currently facilitated through Tock, a third-party reservation platform.

Selecting a reservation link may redirect you away from the Website to a third-party service.

Reservations made through Tock or another third-party reservation service are also governed by the terms, policies, cancellation rules, payment requirements, and privacy practices presented by that service and any reservation-specific terms presented during booking.

Silan is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, or technical performance of third-party reservation platforms.

A reservation is not confirmed merely because you visited the Website or selected a reservation link. Your reservation is confirmed only through the applicable reservation process.

4. Private Events, Catering, and Group Inquiries

The Website may allow you to submit inquiries for private dining, weddings, celebrations, corporate events, catering, holiday programs, Shabbat meals, and other experiences.

Submitting an inquiry:

• Does not create a confirmed reservation or booking;
• Does not guarantee availability;
• Does not guarantee pricing;
• Does not create an obligation for Silan to provide services; and
• Does not by itself constitute a binding event agreement.

Any event, catering service, group reservation, or other special arrangement may be subject to a separate proposal, agreement, deposit, payment schedule, cancellation policy, minimum spend, guest requirement, or other terms.

Where there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a separately executed event or service agreement, the separately executed agreement controls with respect to that service.

5. Communications

When you provide contact information in connection with an inquiry, reservation, event, program, or other request, you authorize us to contact you regarding that request.

Communications may include responses, confirmations, reminders, scheduling information, changes, updates, and other messages reasonably related to your interaction with Silan.

Promotional communications may be sent where permitted by applicable law and may include an appropriate method to unsubscribe.

Your consent to receive promotional communications is not a condition of purchasing restaurant services unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Third-Party Services

The Website may link to or integrate services operated by third parties, including reservation services, maps, social media platforms, review services, payment services, and other websites.

Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies provided by those third parties.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, content, security, availability, or privacy practices.

Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, menu presentation, design elements, videos, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Silan and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view Website content for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from Website content without prior authorization, except as permitted by law.

If you submit information concerning another person, including guests or event participants, you represent that you are authorized to provide that information for the relevant purpose.

Do not submit confidential, highly sensitive, or unnecessary personal information through general Website inquiry forms.

9. Dietary and Allergy Information

Guests are responsible for informing Silan directly about food allergies, dietary restrictions, or other relevant requirements.

Website descriptions and menu information should not be relied upon as a substitute for communicating a serious food allergy or dietary requirement directly to restaurant staff.

While Silan takes reasonable care in food preparation, individual dietary or allergy accommodations should be confirmed directly with the restaurant.
